What is Maker’s Night?

LIQUID CITY: Maker’s Night 2024 is a celebration of the Food and Beverage Industry and a big welcome party for all of the cheesemakers and vendor partners visiting San Diego for LIQUID CITY: Cheese Expo Weekend 2024.  This is an evening for everyone to network, learn, and have a good time.

This year, we are adding two new components COUNTER CULTURE by Culture Magazine and Fonduel with help from our friends at Columbia Cheese / Maker & Monger.

While San Diego is world-renowned as a BEER CITY, we are highlighting other liquids such as wineries, distilleries, coffee roasters, craft cocktail producers, and many more.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

1-4 pm – COUNTER CULTURE in DUGOUT 19.
Ticketed tasting seminars presented by CULTURE MAGAZINE.

5-8pm – LIQUID CITY: MAKERS NIGHT in the BARREL ROOM

An intimate trade show and networking salon featuring Fonduel by Columbia Cheese / Maker to Monger.
